SHIPPING POLICY
1. SHIPPING COST
We offer free economy domestic shipping on all orders. If you need or desire your order to be received faster you may select your own shipping rates.
International shipping is not currently available.
2. SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. We strive to ship same day before 2pm EST.
Shipping times may be delayed up to 48 hours beyond our standard 24 hour time frame during sales or the Holiday Season due to high sales volume.

3. INSURANCE
We conveniently offer Route package insurance at check out for all online orders for peace of mind. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING
Once your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive a tracking number. Once the carrier scans your package you will receive an estimated delivery date.
Boston Skin Club is not responsible or liable for any delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is delayed we encourage you to submit a claim with the carrier. If you are unable to do so we are happy to assist with submitting a claim on our end.
